ABOUT ME...
 As far as I’m concerned there’s really only a couple of things that you need to know about me that should give you a good perspective on “what I’m all about!”
First- my family! I have the greatest wife in the entire world, Jo Ann. Her integrity, character, and prophetic insight are the purest I’ve ever encountered! We have three children, Casey, Corey, and Cayla. Casey is married to Julianna, and they're currently in the process of pursuing a new career in photography after spending the past two years teaching English in Japan. Casey is one of the most intellectual, yet refreshingly charming people I know and Juli as well, just a sweetheart! Corey is the Worship and Media Director for LifeHouse Church East, our first church plant and is incredibly creative as an artist and musician. He'll be getting married to Lauren this coming December and she too, is a sweetheart! Cayla, well she's more like her Dad than she cares to admit sometimes- competitive, stubborn, relentless. She’s a senior in High School and is an amazing athlete, having already won 6 state championships in her HS career. She'll be off to UConn this summer on a full athletic scholarship for volleyball!
Second- LifeHouse Bethel and the LifeHouse Church Network! I have been the lead pastor of LifeHouse Church Bethel for the past 11 years and it’s been a blast- intentionally and unintentionally! We've got a great church family, incredible leadership team, and a network of the most amazing, courageous, Jesus-followers I know! As a matter of fact, we've planted four churches in the US and almost 30 overseas! This entire experience is all about helping people to discover, develop, and demonstrate LIFE (Living In Focus Everyday)in Jesus Christ- his core values, his character, his cause! I have the privilege of speaking at and conducting leadership conferences internationally on a consistent basis. I’ve written a book and I’m working on several other book projects. And right now, my focus is on getting new people connected to following Jesus and getting good old church people reconnected to simply following Jesus!
Finally- my Opinions (in random order)! Bill Hybell's and Willowcreeks "Reveal Survey" should be a survey every pastor and church in America has to take, be honest about, and result in getting church leaders and churches back to making their only objective to equip people to equip themselves to follow Jesus! Colts, UConn Huskies, Red Sox- enough said! Religious systems suck the life out of LIFE! Starbucks! The Eagles are the greatest worship band ever- sadly, they’re just not Christ followers- people do worship at their concerts and its a real shame, if not a sin! Most church activity produces little more than more church activity! There’s something more important than tolerance and that’s truth! Vera Rowe makes the best oatmeal raisin cookies in the world! People who excel in life are those who produce results, not excuses! The greatest line ever in a movie- from “The Return of the King, The Lord of the Rings”- There may come a day when the hearts of men may fail them, but it will not be this day! And last but not least, would all the pastors in America please lose their egos, quit being so insecure, and realize that "apart from Jesus, it's all nothing!"
